This service provides an independent resource to be a member of your Due-Diligence Team (DD) to review critical risks related to the acquisition.  Long-term guarantees, miss-priced life insurance products or consumer products, or the need for unplanned reserves and solvency requirements, could affect the Purchase Price of the acquisition. If your acquisition is in Latin America, you need a Bilingual (Spanish / English) DD team member.

• Post-Acquisition, effective onboarding of best acquired talent may require team building with your existing teams.

• If the acquired team is from Latin America, the training may be in Spanish.
